We offer you relief from multiple utility bills for utilities, phone service, both satellite and internet connection.  For a flat rate per month all utilities are included.

We offer three different plans to chose from. Furnished, furnished with utilities paid and furnished with utilities, dishes and linens.  All have full kitchens with full size refrigerators, oven, microwave.

All units are 2 bedroom, and either 2 full baths or a bath and a half.  Our apartments average 1100 sq. feet each.

All our units are single level. You will not ever have overhead noise nor will you have to climb flights of stairs to get to your apartment.

All have convenient parking to your apartment.

Some apartments have washer/dryer connections.  Also we have two on site laundry  rooms to choose from.
